– After receiving authorization, securely package your item(s) and include a copy of your order confirmation.
– Return the package to the address provided by our customer support team.
3. Return Shipping Charges:
– Please note that all return shipping charges are the responsibility of the client.
– We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item(s).
4. Exchanges:
– Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your exchange.
– Exchanges will be shipped to you promptly after processing.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items:
– If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the order. We will provide instructions on returning the item at our expense.
